Having identified the importance of logistics & supply chain management, based on research & knowledge team TrueSeed have ventured into the segment in 2018. It has since then, been accumulating suitable land parcels across India.
TrueSeed is coming up with two Warehousing & Logistics Parks, the first one under the brand Awadh Warehousing & Logistics Park on the Lucknow-Kanpur Road, Lucknow & second one under the brand name Darius Warehousing & Logistics Park in Farukh Nagar, Gurugram. This arm of the business would offer customized warehouse solutions and services which include Land Acquisition, Compliance, Leasing, Asset Management and Facility Management.
Awadh Warehousing and Logistics Park
Uttar Pradesh Government has decided to accord industry status to warehousing and logistics sector in the state, a move that will help reduce the cost of setting up of parks and units by a fair margin. Accordingly, TrueSeed along with the Halwasiyasons Group is developing 25 acres A Grade Warehousing and Logistics Park located on the NH 27 to cater to the growing Lucknow and Kanpur Market.

This region is one of the most important warehousing nodes in India due to the presence of large consumer and manufacturing base. NH48 is close in proximity to the two most important retail markets: Delhi and Gurugram. Robust infrastructure and connectivity lead to increased occupier interest in this cluster
